It has taken Allison four years to put her tumultuous relationship with the rodeo cowboy behind her. A violent incident ripped them apart. Now Allison must find a way to face her past and find closure with her old flame. But will she be able to put the past behind her?

Cole is the Texas cowboy has never got over his love for Allison. But when he declares his love for her after all this time, is she strong enough to walk away from the intense passion they share?

For years Nico, a handsome Italian, was committed to nothing but his work. Nico never expected he would meet an American beauty who would awaken in him a desire to love again. Once he finds her, Nico vows to never let Allison go.

It will be a Valentine’s Day to remember, but who will win Allison’s heart?

Reader Advisory: This book contains scenes of humiliation play and a heroine who can’t make up her mind.

Deb’s Review:

I have to admit I did not know what to think of this heroine, Allison there is not much on her. I will say that what there is was quite enjoyable. The only quirk I had for Allison, I would had liked her to have more spunk.

Cole now there is one messed up dude. I could not like him even in small doses, he has some pretty big issues. I felt like I was in a ping pong match with his character, nice one moment, not so nice the next, polar opposite of Allison.

Nico was a surprise and the light to this book. His kind heart drew Allison, his passion made it hard for her to forget him. I adore this man he truly is my favorite because his character has its own secrets. Ms. Alleman I would love to read more on Nico.

There was not much in the lines of secondary characters that truly stood out to me. I do imagine Nico’s family could be a hoot to get to know. Even though Normandie Alleman is a new author to me, her new release Venetian Love Knots was a gem of a read. The back drop is in one of the most beautiful, and romantic places around, Italy.

Thanks for taking the time to read and review my book, Deb. The reason you’ve never heard of me is that I’m a debut author! This is my first book, and I appreciate all the feedback I can get.

I’m glad you like Nico. Readers have really responded favorably to him, and I am planning a sequel sometime next year. The second one takes Allison and Nico to Paris!
