The last thing Christine wants to do is another favor for her sister, but Lucy always gets what she wants. This time it’s Chris playing sub to a demanding Dom. Their relationship begins with a power exchange and progresses to time spent between the sheets. Now emotions are getting complicated and the Dom isn’t just a hunky guy in black.
Daniel’s expectations are turned upside down when he meets Chris. She’s more than a well-trained submissive. She’s a woman with a body he wants to memorize. He’s willing to spend as much time as it takes to learn her, because she might be his match and his muse. He’ll make her come so hard he’s imprinted on every inch, and then he’ll offer her the most precious thing he can, himself.
Bound by Pearls by Sidney Bristol was a powerful, sweet BDSM that grabbed at my heart strings. Ms. Bristol tells a story that has strong characters that are amazing in their own right.
Daniel is a Dom that just demands your attentions, no matter what he is doing. I liked that he had a story to tell and it unfolded nicely thought out the book. His work intrigued me, Ms. Bristol, is there such work out there that looks like the collar made?
Christine is a market analyst. Her character surprised me so much. I did a complete 180 once I discovered she was much more than a submissive want to be. So not the case with Christine, I was in awe with her by chapter 3. Her heart and soul breathed for Daniel, but she had spunk and soft nature drew me in.
Daniel and Christine are spectacular together, fun, light hearted. Their passion explosive! Their story is one based on family, and finding something you were truly not looking for.
Secondary characters just added to an already strong plot line. Bianca + Clay = fun on a stick. Christine’s dad broke my heart, that he loved his children so differently. Lucy and Nate made their rolls entertaining even though I wanted to “B” slap Lucy and dump her on the side of the road somewhere. LOL!
Plot line was amazingly strong, never second guessing where Ms. Bristol was leading you.
Daniel has a few issues of his own, but what he discovered with Christine, I think really was a shock to him. Ms. Bristol, was it your intention to not let the “love” word be shared between the hero and heroine? I do think what Daniel and Christine’s characters bring to this story speaks volumes, I was just curious because I have never not heard it shared before.
